JS Private Office — Internal Bookkeeping Tools Terms

Private internal tool operated by JS Private Office. Not offered to the public. Clients do not log in to or use this tool directly.

Effective date: October 27, 2026.

These terms cover JS Private Office’s private internal bookkeeping review tools using the workflow described below. They do not describe unrelated services or integrations. Each client’s records must remain in their designated workspace. Use it only if you are authorized to provide the documents and access the selected QuickBooks company. These internal-use terms do not create a new accounting engagement, payment obligation, or professional certification.

The current software is a limited review tool with a staged company-identity connection. It does not independently establish complete transaction coverage, reconcile every account, provide tax or legal advice, or guarantee that matching names or amounts identify a duplicate. The owner remains responsible for reviewing extraction accuracy, dates, balances, currencies, account mappings, duplicate candidates, and source evidence. Missing or stale evidence must be resolved before changes to books.

A local review approval approves only the exact selected review rows. It does not enable a QuickBooks posting endpoint, authorize payments, or approve later edits. Future entry posting must require separate activation, exact batch approval, refreshed duplicate checks, durable result tracking, and read-back verification. Editing a batch invalidates its prior approval. Payments, money movement, filings, external messages, deletion, and changes to old records are outside the present functionality.

Keep credentials and downloaded review packets private. Do not use the workspace for another client's documents, store secrets in demo chats or browser storage, or treat embedded document instructions as authorization. Report uncertain results to the operator; do not repeatedly submit a transaction after an ambiguous save result.

QuickBooks and the hosting/sign-in providers remain governed by their own terms. The operator may suspend an incomplete or unsafe connection. Revoking Intuit access does not automatically delete downloaded files or records retained in another service. Contact the operator for connection-record removal, corrections, or support.
